- All full time courses set at £1735 except medicine
- Medicine set at £2760 per year
Bursaries
- RUK Bursary; £305 award if household income is less than £17 910 per year.
- Access Bursaries; 125+ £1000 awards for students in financial difficulty.
- Bader Bursaries; As part of the Access Bursaries Scheme the School of Chemistry offer 12 bursaries sponsored by the Drs Alfred and Isabel Bader Fund to the value of £2,000 each per academic year.

- Colonel Maclean Trust Scheme 1980 and Logan and Johnston School Scheme 1988; Provides help for individuals who belong to the former Strathclyde region, with the cost of training, apprenticeships and education at both under- and post-graduate levels.
- Dumfriesshire Educational Trust; Applicants must reside in Dumfriesshire and be wholly or substantially educated there.
- City of Dundee Educational Trust; To assist students who belong to Dundee.
- East Lothian Educational Trust; For residents of the former county of East Lothian. Supplementary grants to help with the cost of fees, books, materials, travel, etc. Applications for help with childcare costs will not be considered.
- Educational Grants Advisory Service; This service helps students in further or higher education, who cannot get an LEA grant, subject to parental income.
- Glasgow Educational and Marshall Trust; For residents of Glasgow who are over 18 years of age. Types of Grant: towards books, living expenses, study and travel abroad, equipment and childcare costs.
- Hilda Martindale Educational Trust; Open to British women pursuing a profession or career which will benefit the community and for which vocational training is required.
- John Watson's Trust; Grants given to young Scottish disabled individuals. Provides help with all expenses incurred by education and training, including help with the cost of trips, books and travel expenses.
- Lawrence Atwell's Charity; British citizen's aged between 16 and 26 who are studying for a qualification essential for a career or who need tools to start work.
- Menzies Bursaries; Four bursaries, currently of £200 p.a. (or as the patrons shall determine) for 4 years; tenable at the Universities of St Andrews, Glasgow or Edinburgh. Candidates must undertake to pursue a full graduation course.
- Miss Isabella MacDougall's Trust; Undergraduates should be born in the former county or city of Perth, Scotland and undertake an Arts degree at the universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, St. Andrews, Dundee, Stirling, or Aberdeen.
- Moray Council Educational Trusts; For residents of Banffshire, Moray and Nairn areas. Various awards available.
- Perth and Kinross Educational Trust; Applicants must have been born or attended school in Perth and Kinross.
- Renfrewshire Educational Trust; Applicants need to have resided in Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire or Inverclyde Council areas for at least 3 years.
- Sports Bursary Scheme; The Centre for Sport and Exercise offers a substantial programme of education, support services and funding for outstanding student athletes who are selected onto the Sports Bursary programme.
- Stirlingshire Educational Trust
Applicants belonging to the county of Stirling Types of Grant: awards of between £300 - £450 and can be for undergraduate or postgraduate courses of study.
- The Altrusa Careers Trust; Open to women in the UK who wish to further their career prospects or to retrain after bringing up a family.
- The Broadlands Home Trust; Grants for young girls under the age of 22. Applications welcome from parents on behalf of daughters or from girls themselves.
- The Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland (Undergraduate); For Scottish students studying at a Scottish University towards a first degree who do not qualify for free tuition fees. The Trust offer fee assistance for students who are not eligible for assistance from SAAS.
- The Cross Trust; Applicants must be of either Scottish birth or parentage, have 'a record of distinction and ability' and be undertaking University or College courses in Medical Elective Studies, Vocation Awards in the Arts including the visual and performing arts and music.
- The Highland Children's Trust; Students who are under 25 from the Highland Council area of Scotland and finding it hard to manage financially at University or College.
- The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust Undergraduate Bursaries; Open to those who are normally resident in the UK and the son, daughter, spouse, widow or widower of a grocer, chemist or commercial traveller.
- The Mercers' Company Educational Trust Fund; Higher education students under 25 who face financial difficulty.
- The Norman Hutchison Bursary; A bursary to the value of £1,000 per year for the duration of the student's programme of study is awarded to an undergraduate student within the School of Mathematics.
- The Nuffield Foundation (Elizabeth Nuffield Educational Trust); Open to women between the ages of 21 and 50 who are Higher education students and ordinarily resident in the UK or have refugee status.
- The Society for Promoting the Training of Women; Open to women training for professional, commercial or technical work. Interest free loans of around £1,000 are available.
- The Studley College Trust; To assist students with the costs of undertaking courses in agriculture, horticulture, forestry or equestrian subjects. Should be aged under 30.
- The Thomas Wall Trust; Open to adults in financial need who wish to undertake educational courses. Preference is given to those who pursue vocational or 'social service' courses or whose course will lead to paid employment.
- The UK Intellectual Property Office Bursary Scheme; Open to females taking a foundation course in Science or Engineering AND with previous work or study experience in an arts discipline.
- The Vegetarian Society Grant; Grants for people up to the age of 25 who are vegetarian or vegan.
- UNIAID; UNIAID is a young charitable organisation, dedicated to helping young people overcome the financial hurdles to higher education.
- Women's Careers Foundation (Girls of the Realm Guild); Applicants should be over 21 years old and must be a citizen of the United Kingdom.
Scholarships
- Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or Informatics Scholarships; £1000 awards for students with exceptional academic performance.
- Physics and Mathematics Scholarships; Financial awards for students with the best entrance qualifications in Physics and Mathematics.
- Engineering and Electronics Industrial Scholarships; The School of Engineering and Electronics has a number of scholarships open to undergraduate students which have been sponsored by major industrial companies.
- Margaret Campbell Scott Scholarship; Up to ten scholarships, to the value of £1,000 paid in two installments, are awarded annually to entrants who have achieved the best entrance qualifications in Physics and Mathematics.
- School of Chemistry Industrial Scholarships; The School of Chemistry has a number of scholarships open to undergraduate students which have been sponsored by major chemical industry companies.
- School of Informatics Industrial Scholarships; Currently, 15 scholarships are available for undergraduate study in the School of Informatics, 8 for 1st year students and 7 for 3rd year students.
- The GEN Foundation Scholarships; The Gen Foundation is a charitable trust which supports the research and study of Natural Science and the Arts.
- The Lowson Memorial Scholarship; For students of Mathematics who have previously attended a school in Dundee or Broughty Ferry for three years and have not been in attendance at a university for a longer period than one session.
