Scholarships
- Faculty of Biological Sciences Centenary Scholarships; £1000 award for students demonstratin academic excellence.
- Faculty of Engineering Scholarships; £1500 per annum award for engineering students who achieve 3 A's at A level.
- Earth & Environment Attainment Scholarship; £750 award for students who achieve 3 A's at A-level excluding General Studies.
- Glaxo Smithkline Undergraduate Organic Chemistry Bursary; £6000 award for a student with an A in Chemistry at A Level. Must be keen to pursue a career in Pharmaceutical industry and maintain 1 or 2:1 throughout course. Intended for 1st generation university student.
- Worshipful Company of Clothworkers Scholarships; 4 £1000 awards for students with excellent A level grades.
- School of Mathematics Scholarships; 8 £500 awards for students studying Maths (including Statistics), Mathematical Studies and Maths with Finance and who have the best grades throughout their first year.
- General Electric Foundation Scholarships; £3000 per annum award is available for current first year students studying towards economics, management, engineering or technology related degrees. Applicants should be UK students and come from a household with an income of £17,910 or below.
- Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust; £3000 per annum award is offered to full-time UK students who are studying for an undergraduate degree. If one of your parents is employed (or was recently employed) as a commercial traveller, chemist or grocer, you may be able to apply for a scholarship of up to £3,000 for each year of your undergraduate study.
- Centenary Alumni Scholarship; £1000 per annum award is designed to help encourage and provide support to students exhibiting high academic performance but facing financial barriers. The scholarship is funded by University of Leeds alumni who wish to support current students throughout their study.
- Sports scholarships; Financial (£750 to £3000) award and sporting support for elite student athletes.
- Leeds Scholarship; Financial award available for students who come from a household with an annual income
of £17,910 per year or below.
- Robert Ogden Scholarship; Financial award available for students who come from a household with an annual income
of £17,910 per year or below, who Live within the Barnsley, Doncaster or Rotherham area of South Yorkshire and aren't in receipt of any other scholarship or bursary.
- Skipton Building Society Scholarship; Financial award available for students who come from a household with an annual
income of £19,000 per year or below, live within the Craven or Richmondshire District Council area in North Yorkshire
and come from a family with little or no tradition of higher education.
- Shell Technical Scholarships; Financial award available for students entering the first year of a full-time fouryear
MSc or MEng course in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Geology.
- Myrtle Boultwood Scholarship; Financial award available for students who come from a household with an annual
income of £17,910 per year or below and be studying for a first degree in English or Environment.
